Part of the Trail Run Series

The Course
Both the 5 and 10 mile routes are loop courses on the challenging and scenic trails that traverse Sun Mountain and adjacent National Forest land. The views are nothing short of fantastic and, as those who have hiked, biked, run or skied these trails can attest, there is no shortage of vertical. The trails and cross-country surfaces are rough, but exciting. Parts of the route could also be on hard, gravel surfaced forest roads.
