Ski Lessons and Clinics

    

Just a few tips and techniques can take you to a whole new level! The Methow Valley is a great place to learn how to cross-country ski or build on the skills you already have. The Methow Valley Ski School offers skate and classic lessons for all ages and abilities with friendly, PSIA certified instructors. Choose from group lessons (offered daily), or a private lesson for you or your group – you get to pick the time, place and instructor. Offered at three Methow locations: Sun Mountain Lodge, Methow Cycle and Sport and the Mazama Junction.

Another option is to plan a trip around participating in a Methow Valley Nordic Club ski clinic or weekend Ski Camp (December 18-20, 2009 at Sun Mountain Lodge), a chance to receive focused coaching in skate and classic techniques from some of the Valley's best coaches.

Winthrop Physical Therapy offers pre-season ski training clinics in autumn as well as the annual Women’s Ski & Yoga Retreat from Feb 26th - Feb 28th, 2010.
